“I have always been involved in sports and athletics. My lifelong passion has been human health and performance. Over the past 4 years I have explored and honed my methods and programs utilizing the benefits of functional fitness. I was a trainer at CrossFit Vitality from 2009-2010, the Director of CrossFit Davidson in 2011, and am now the Program Director at CrossFit Cabarrus. I have consulted and worked with Paul Klein since 2010 and am ecstatic about partnering with Benchwarmers to provide top of the line training to the community.”

“After working as a tire changer on the pit crew of an Indy Car team, I left my 16 year career in racing to pursue my passion in health and fitness. I worked as the Manager and Director of Training at a CrossFit gym before venturing out to start my own business with Ken "CJ" Crowder. Together, Ken and I have worked with athletes that perform at the top levels of sports such as; cross country, rowing, NASCAR, BMX racing, soccer, football, wrestling, and baseball. Not to mention countless other "weekend" athletes and people that are looking to improve their health.”
